Rivertown Inn’s North African Dinner

Please join us for our North African wine dinner
on Thursday, August 13th.

The roots to North African cuisine can be traced back more than 2000 years.
Over several centuries, traders, travelers, invaders, migrants and immigrants have all influenced the cuisine of North Africa, which is as diverse as the land, its people and its history. The aromatic variety of spices, like saffron, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, contribute to the culinary culture of North Africa. This dinner will highlight some traditional flavors from the region.

Prepared by Chef Ray Wyatt, our five course dinner features the finest in gourmet cuisine, freshest seasonal ingredients, and exquisite wines expertly paired to each course.
