Today we are preparing for our Eastern Mediterranean Wine Dinner! Chef Ray is cooking in the kitchen and it smells wonderful. It is going to be a fun dinner tonight. The vast and diverse area known as the Mediterranean yields some of the world’s most colorful and flavorful foods, not to mention healthy! This month’s menu is no exception. I can’t wait to see how everything turns out.
While Ray is busy in the kitchen, I am in charge of setting the tables for tonight. With five courses requiring wine glasses, silverware, and so on, it can become quite the puzzle. Good thing I have had lots of practice! My favorite part is arranging the fresh flowers on the tables. You can’t go wrong with fantastic food, exquisite wines, great company and gorgeous flowers! Here is the menu for this evening:

Our Thursday night wine tasting dinners are limited to a maximum of twenty four guests to ensure an intimate and memorable dining experience. Aperitif and tours of the Inn offered one half hour before dinner.
First course served at 6:30pm
