Basque Country Cooking

We still have seats available for our April 16th and 23rd Wine Dinners. The theme this month is Basque Country Cooking. Learn about and enjoy the food of the Basque Region, which includes Northern Spain and Southern France. We will focus on fabulous fish and shellfish dishes as well as the rustic food of the hills. There is something for everyone in the flavors of Basque Country!

I even had the opportunity to sample what will be the first couse, Crema de Esarragos de Navarra, which is Navarran White Asparagus Soup. It was absolutely wonderful and I usually do not eat asparagus! Each course is a meal in itself and you receive a 4 ounce wine pour with each course as well. You do not want to miss out on this fabulous menu!
